A main street that has to keep trading
Downtown Littleton is a working historic street where shops stay open through every renovation happening around them. A Littleton facade repair or tenant fit-out therefore puts its unit in the rear service alley, because the sidewalk has to stay clear for customers. Those Littleton alleys are narrow and shared by several businesses, so we position tight against the wall and keep the service visit brief. Brick and window work on the older Littleton buildings can run a full season, and the unit becomes part of the alley for that period.
The Platte greenway and park work
The South Platte runs the length of Littleton and carries trail, bank and habitat projects through most of the year. Units for a Littleton greenway contract go at a paved trailhead or a parking edge, never on the soft bench beside the channel.
Spring runoff through Littleton can put water over the low trail sections for days at a time, so those placements sit well above the channel. Park projects away from the river are simpler, and a Littleton field or playground job takes one unit at the lot with a handwashing station.
Older neighborhoods and the seasons
The blocks around downtown Littleton are 1900s cottages and postwar ranches, and they turn over steadily through renovation and the occasional scrape. A Littleton house job runs one standard unit on the drive, with the alley used where the lot is too tight for anything else.
Clay under Littleton moves enough to keep foundation and flatwork contractors busy year after year. Hail arrives most summers and puts Littleton roofing crews onto whole streets, which is why we hold standard units in reserve from June through August. Wet spring snow does the rest of the damage, and tree crews across Littleton order units for two weeks of cleanup afterward.
