A brief, honest read on the little a phone call gives us — and the long list of things it leaves alone.

Lakewood Porta Potty publishes these pages so a caller from Lakewood already knows the lineup before asking what a porta potty runs. There is no cart, no account and no web form — whatever comes next is a call to (720) 608-4461.
The call covers three things: a Jeffco delivery address, the dates the unit is on site and a rough tally of who'll be using it. That's what schedules and services the rental, and it doesn't travel past that.
The server this site sits on keeps ordinary access entries — IP address, browser, the pages that loaded — to stay up and keep abuse out, and any traffic it counts folds into totals rather than singling out a visitor.
Our own cookies run from few to none; a page showing a map calls Google Maps, and some layouts draw type from Google Fonts, each handed only what it needs to load. Block cookies and the number is still there to dial.
A fulfillment partner answers and schedules the calls so a real person takes ownership of your order and slots it onto the calendar. Order details are all they ever touch; nothing about you is sold, rented or handed off for another party's purposes.
Colorado residents may ask what booking information we hold and request its correction or deletion, and we honor those requests under applicable Colorado law. We work by phone and keep collection thin, so there's seldom much on file — call (720) 608-4461 and we'll handle it.
This site is built for adults arranging rentals, not for kids, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If we update this policy, the date at the top changes with it, and the reworded version applies the moment it posts.
Questions about this policy get the fastest answer by phone — (720) 608-4461. Should you need it, our address of record is 1450 Brentwood St, Lakewood, CO 80214.
Think of this as a plain-spoken overview from the Front Range, not legal advice from a Colorado lawyer. The business operating this website goes by the trade name Lakewood Porta Potty.
One call locks the delivery, the pump-outs and the pickup across Lakewood and the surrounding Colorado area, Belmar to the foothills.
