What using this website comes down to, put in plain terms.
Last updated: August 2026.
Using this website means you accept the terms set out here; if part of it doesn't work for you, the straight answer is to stop using the site. Lakewood Porta Potty may revise these terms when it needs to, and staying on afterward counts as accepting whatever version is live.
Read this as a quote-and-reference-by-phone site for portable restrooms, wash stations and restroom trailers around Lakewood. Nothing on it commits us until we've spoken and confirmed your booking directly.
Every price, size, availability window and turnaround on these pages — the calculator and the comparison tool included — is a planning estimate and nothing firmer. Your real number and schedule get set by phone when you confirm.
We keep these pages current as best we can, but we make no promise that every figure and detail is complete or error-free, and any of it can change without notice.
Everything on this site — the layout, the copy, the logo, the photography — is owned by the operator or licensed to it, and none of it may be copied or re-published without written permission.
A few pages carry outside features such as maps, which run under their own providers' terms; those services aren't ours to answer for.
We offer this website just as it is and as it happens to be available, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent Colorado law permits, neither Lakewood Porta Potty nor its operator is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, and a rental you've actually booked keeps its own agreed terms regardless.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, conflict-of-laws rules set aside, and any dispute over this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Lakewood, Colorado.
Anything unclear here goes fastest by phone at (720) 608-4461, or by reference to 1450 Brentwood St, Lakewood, CO 80214.
Lakewood Porta Potty is the trade name under which this website's operator does business; nothing more should be read into it. Likewise, nothing here should be read as legal advice — it's general information only.
One call locks the delivery, the pump-outs and the pickup across Lakewood and the surrounding Colorado area, Belmar to the foothills.
